Can I reserve for the same day?

Yes, it is possible if there is availability and viable logistics, especially if you are already in Nuquí. We recommend booking in advance.

What are the accepted payment methods?

Accepted Answer

30% advance payment by bank transfer (no charges) or payment link (5% only on the advance payment). The remaining balance is always paid in cash upon arrival at the EcoLodge.

Can I pay in cash?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but only for the remaining balance after the advance payment. We recommend bringing money because Nuquí does not have banks or ATMs.

What does my rate include?

Each experience details what is included in its description. The cabins include full meals according to the confirmed plan.

What is the cancellation policy?

The advance payment (30%) is not refundable in case of cancellation or no show. Date changes subject to availability.
